DESIGN PROCESS GUIDELINES
STEP ONE: INQUIRE
The first step to begin the design & production process is to let us know all of the details regarding your occasion! You can complete this step by accessing our customized questionnaire. All inquiries MUST go through this channel to submit design orders of any magnitude.
STEP TWO: ITEMIZED PROPOSAL
Upon receipt of your initial inquiry form, we will deliver a customized proposal where you are able to enter desired quantities for your selected products, view the estimated total cost, and sign the corresponding contract and pay your deposit. We are absolutely willing to clarify any of your questions and/or concerns during this process.
STEP THREE: SUBMIT CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once you have reviewed your personalized quote and are ready to move forward, please feel free to electronically sign your contract and submit your required 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and reserves space in our calendar to dedicate to completing your project. Work begins immediately following receipt.
STEP FOUR: CONSULTATION & DESIGN
We begin gathering your inspiration and designing a product uniquely for you. For smaller calligraphy & handlettering projects, this may only involve submitting address lists or other minor bits of information. For larger projects and/or custom invitation design, however, this step is immensely valuable in ensuring that the end-product is of the highest quality.
STEP FIVE: PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Upon finalizing the design & details of the project, your remaining 50% payment is due. Once this payment and any other necessary physical materials have been received in our studio, production begins immediately. This process also includes any printing and/or shipping time involved when working with external suppliers. Once the finalized product is completed, we will ship all items directly to the client to be received within 5-7 business days. Upon receipt, we review everything with you to ensure that everything was produced as desired prior to closing out your project. In the rare case that something is amiss, we will work directly with you to ensure everything is addressed and mitigated in a timely manner, as necessary.
STEP SIX: CUE THE CONFETTI!
You have beautifully personalized product in hand - ready to be used in a special and unique way.
